How we build
A New Paradigm in
Industrialized Construction
Consists of four integrated steps that begin with the design of interconnecting parts and systems, to the tooling that produces them, within scalable manufacturing facilities, utilizing a site-based assembly crane to quickly bring it all together.
Step 1:
Sophisticated Product & System Design
This is an example of a foundation connector that used throughout our systems.
This is a strategic example of poka-yoke, or forced outcome assembly.
Overall resulting in faster assembly, less mistakes and the amount of training necessary for assemblers.
Step 2:
Precision Manufacturing: Tooling Design
Assembly line tooling for welding truss components. Precision fixtures can be converted into robotic welding fixture for high quality/quantity production.
Critical welded truss with eccentric rotary part ejection
Assembled components integrated into the completed structure
Scalable Manufacturing Facilities
Scalable container-based manufacturing plants
As depicted, each container has been prefabricated to provide a necessary function within the manufacturing facility.
We have designed scalable manufacturing facilities that may be built in several days and expanded as needed, for any conceivable growth.
Graphics may be added for aesthetic or marketing purposes.
Step 3:
Precision Site Assembly
Step 4:
Replaces hundreds of thousands in capital equipment costs as well as machinery transportation and storage expenses
Reduces in magnitudes of labor
Increases speed of operations
Multi-functional tool with total site access
Installs foundation elements
Places large, heavy components
We have designed a site-based gantry crane that is quickly installed and replaces many types of expensive capital equipment, such as forklifts, pile installation machinery, backhoes, excavators, scaffolding, and even 3D printing or concrete placement.
