How we build

A New Paradigm in
Industrialized Construction

Consists of four integrated steps that begin with the design of interconnecting parts and systems, to the tooling that produces them, within scalable manufacturing facilities, utilizing a site-based assembly crane to quickly bring it all together.

Sophisticated Product & System Design

This is an example of a foundation connector that used throughout our systems.
This is a strategic  example of poka-yoke, or forced outcome assembly.

Step 2:

Precision Manufacturing: Tooling Design

Assembly line tooling for welding truss components.  Precision fixtures can be converted into robotic welding fixture for high quality/quantity production.

As depicted, each container has been prefabricated to provide a necessary function within the manufacturing facility.

We have designed scalable manufacturing facilities that may be built in several days and expanded as needed, for any conceivable growth.

We have designed a site-based gantry crane that is quickly installed and replaces many types of expensive capital equipment, such as forklifts, pile installation machinery, backhoes, excavators, scaffolding, and even 3D printing or concrete placement.
